Devin was on time, knowledgeable and patient with us and our 6yo asking a TON of questions. Getting your septic pumped can be kind of embarrassing, and I never felt judged at all! lol he also left our yard in great condition. Put the grass back, you can tell he took his time and knew what he was doing as far as the job AND customer courtesy.

Called Septic Pros to schedule a septic tank pump. They immediately scheduled me for the next day at 9am. Very pleased that Septic Pros arrived on-time. When pump was complete, I was informed that effluent filter was missing, part was ordered and will be installed later this week. I recommend Septic Pros to anyone who needs septic service. Excellent!
